Frame the decision and scope
Clarify the required outcome, technical basis, exclusions and owner approvals. Where needed, define the study or specialist engineering required before execution can be planned.
06 / Projects & Delivery
Turn technical decisions into defined work packages and coordinated delivery. We connect scope, procurement, planning, contractor interfaces and completion evidence under agreed owner decision points.
The challenge
A finding is not yet a work package. Execution needs a defined boundary, clear interfaces, an agreed budget basis and a realistic route through access, materials and site permissions. We help prepare those conditions and maintain control as the work develops.
01A technically approved action still has no executable scope or acceptance criteria.
02Contractor scopes overlap, or important interfaces fall between packages.
03Changes and completion documents are not reflected in the budget or handover status.
The work
Clarify the required outcome, technical basis, exclusions and owner approvals. Where needed, define the study or specialist engineering required before execution can be planned.
Develop work packages, schedule assumptions, procurement input and budget structure. Identify the site readiness conditions and discipline interfaces.
Track progress, constraints, contractor interfaces and agreed changes. Make the effect on cost, timing and acceptance visible for owner decisions.
Reconcile punch items, completion evidence and acceptance. Prepare the updated asset records and define who owns any residual actions.
What you receive
The final deliverable set and acceptance requirements are agreed for your assignment.
Required outcome, technical basis, boundaries, assumptions and approval gates.
Defined work, interfaces, readiness conditions, schedule and budget basis.
Current status, constraints, approved changes and the decisions still required.
Completion evidence, resolved or assigned punch items and asset-record updates.
From finding to evidence
Illustrative workflow · not a client caseA maintenance recommendation spans mechanical work, scaffolding, insulation and electrical interfaces.
Create one agreed package with clear discipline boundaries, readiness conditions and owner approval gates.
Accepted completion dossier, approved changes and assigned residual actions in the asset record.
Clear responsibilities
The contract defines whether IntegriCore provides preparation, coordination or an agreed delivery scope. Construction, engineering authority, statutory inspection and independent verification are explicitly allocated. The owner retains operational permission, budget approval and final acceptance.
How owner decisions are built inScope questions
Inspection follow-up is a natural starting point. The same approach can support maintenance events, engineering studies and defined brownfield or greenfield project scopes, with responsibilities agreed for that assignment.
Yes. Existing contractors can remain in place. The scope should make their interfaces, responsibilities and completion requirements clear.
Once the scope, information quality, specialist requirements and site constraints are sufficiently defined. Early estimates must identify their assumptions and exclusions; they are not unconditional delivery commitments.
