What this website does
The contact page prepares an email in your own email application. The Scope Explorer keeps draft answers in page memory until you choose Send my scope request. At that point, your contact details and scope are processed by our website server and Resend to email the request to IntegriCore and send you a confirmation. No enquiry is added to a backoffice database. Downloads stay on your device. Closing or reloading the page clears your draft.
Information in an enquiry
An enquiry may contain your name, company, email, optional phone number, scope answers and the general context you choose to provide. IntegriCore uses that information to respond, discuss a potential assignment and manage the resulting business relationship. This is based on its legitimate interest in handling business enquiries or, where applicable, taking steps at your request towards a contract.
Retention and access
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as necessary for the business discussion and applicable record-keeping obligations. Access is limited to those who need it to handle the enquiry or assignment. The website itself keeps no enquiry database. Copies of submitted enquiries are held in the recipient mailboxes and processed by the email delivery service. Do not include confidential technical documents in this intake.
Website delivery
Vercel hosts this website and processes requests, including submitted scope forms, to deliver and protect the service. Resend delivers the request and confirmation emails. Basic access information is also used to protect the form against repeated submissions. Read Resend’s privacy information for its service practices. Links to LinkedIn and Falcker take you to separate services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information, and raise an objection or restriction request where applicable, by emailing info@integricoregroup.com. You may also raise a concern with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
